Not to be missed this Friday 12th July - a unique night of Live Contemporary Percussion & Abstract Electronic Dance Music…

This special Nonclassical 20th anniversary event will celebrate beat-driven music for Percussion Ensemble & prepared Clavichord in a club-night that brings together Footwork, EDM, Techno, Contemporary Classical & more at Unit 58 (a really nice warehouse rave venue in Tottenham)

Abstruckt Percussion Quartet will perform two UK premiers: 

(Footwork & EDM composer) Jlin's Pulitzer-Prize nominated percussion suite Perspective, and a new commission: Baby Lexicon by RPS Award winner Ben Nobuto.

Nonclassical artist Klavikon who will perform a set of his unique brand of acoustic-electronic abstract Techno music, creating fully live percussive soundscapes with his unique amplified prepared piano augmented with his own inventions (a custom-made pickup) and found objects (a robot dog).

Plus left-field, syncopated, DJ-sets from Gabriel Prokofiev.
